Because research has shown that kids with caring mentors are almost 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, Lift for Life Gym provides an environment where St. Louis youths can receive the quality mentorship they deserve from expert weightlifters, tutoring volunteers, and fitness instructors.
More than just another community gym, Lift for Life also offers free meals, team sports programs, and one-on-one homework help for kids in need. It serves as a vital hub for our community, and empowers at-risk St. Louis youth to stay off the streets – and away from violent crime.
