Our very own Attorney Nicole Chiravollatti recently attended the Missouri Municipal and Associate Circuit Judges Annual Conference at Lake of the Ozarks. She was invited to attend because she is the Municipal Public Defender for the city of Ballwin. The Conference served in part as continuing legal education (CLE), which is a professional requirement for lawyers to maintain admission to the bar and continue the practice of law.
At the Annual Conference, Attorney Chiravollatti was not only provided an opportunity to meet and mingle with many of the municipal and associate judges in the state of Missouri, but was also able to attend seminars regarding changes in Missouri Laws, criminal charges and convictions for immigrants and how they relate to Federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), as well as issues unique to the municipal courts in Missouri.
As a passionate advocate for her clients, Attorney Chiravollatti focuses on providing the best possible representation. Her attendance at the conference and other legal seminars enables her to remain abreast with current local, state, and federal laws and to gain insight into other unique and challenging legal issues.
As an educator herself – Attorney Chiravollatti is a professor at Saint Louis University School of Law – she values the importance of continuing legal education. Her commitment to honing her skills and expanding her legal knowledge is one of the reasons why The Hammer Law Firm, LLC has been able to successfully resolve a wide range of cases for clients. It is also a reason why individuals facing criminal accusations in St. Louis or the state of Missouri can feel confident about placing their trust in our firm's legal team.
